• IT Act 2000-ലെ സെക്ഷൻ 65 (Tampering with Computer Source Documents) പ്രകാരം, കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ സോഴ്സ് ഡോക്യുമെന്റുകൾ knowingly or intentionally (ഉദ്ദേശ്യപൂർവ്വം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അറിഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട്) മറയ്ക്കുക, നശിപ്പിക്കുക, മാറ്റം വരുത്തുക എന്നതിനുള്ള മാനസിക ഘടകം (mens rea) "knowingly or intentionally" ആണ്.
