Incidental Correlation
This happens spontaneously or unintentionally during teaching.
Example: While teaching levers in Physics, a student accidentally connects it to the movement of arms in the human body without the teacher explicitly guiding the correlation.
Intrinsic Correlation
This occurs when two subjects are naturally interrelated and understanding one requires knowledge of the other.
Example: Mathematics and Physics-to solve Physics equations, students must understand mathematical formulas.
Systematic Correlation
This happens when the teacher deliberately connects concepts from different subjects to enhance understanding.
Example: Comparing the working of a lever in Physics with human body movements in Biology in a structured manner.
Internal Correlation
This refers to the relationship within a single subject where different concepts are interconnected.
Example: In Physics, connecting Newton's Laws of Motion with the concept of force and acceleration within the same subject.
