The Kerala Administrative Tribunal (KAT) Assistant post is one of the important degree-level recruitment examinations conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC). This post is usually notified once every three years as part of the PSC’s regular recruitment cycle.The Kerala Administrative Tribunal issued its most recent Assistant post notification under Category No. 269/2025 in August 2025.

The preliminary examination for the Assistant position in the Kerala Administrative Tribunal (Category No. 269/2025) is conducted as part of the common degree-level screening process. To manage the high volume of applicants, the exam is scheduled in three phases.

Preliminary Phase 1: May 2, 2026 (Saturday)
Preliminary Phase 2: May 16, 2026 (Saturday)
Preliminary Phase 3: June 6, 2026 (Saturday)
Exam Time: 1:30 PM to 3:05 PM
Main Examination: Expected to take place between August and October 2026.

Candidates appearing for the Kerala Administrative Tribunal (KAT) Assistant examination can access their admission tickets through their official PSC Thulasi profile. Admission Tickets Available for download starting April 18, 2026 (for Phase 1) ,May 2, 2026 (for Phase 2) and May 23 (for third phase). It is important to note that only those who successfully completed the mandatory confirmation process between February 27 and March 18 will be issued an admission ticket. Once downloaded, the ticket will provide specific details regarding the designated exam center, which is typically allotted within the district of the candidate's communication address
