Candidates aspiring to appear for the KTET III Natural Science examination are advised to complete their applications within the stipulated timeline. The KTET December 2025 examination is expected to be conducted on February 21 and February 23, 2026.

The Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) Category III – Natural Science examination is scheduled to be held on February 23, 2026. This exam is a crucial step for candidates aiming to become high school science teachers in Kerala.
On the examination day, the test will be conducted in two shifts as notified by Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan:
Shift 1 (10:00 AM – 12:30 PM): Category III – Natural Science
Shift 2 (2:00 PM – 4:30 PM): Category IV

✔ Apply well before the last date as applications are accepted only through online mode.

The KTET Admit Card for February 2026 will be released approximately 14 days before the examination on the official website ktet.kerala.gov.in. Entry to the examination hall will not be permitted without a valid admit card.

To be eligible for KTET III with a specialisation in Natural Science, candidates must fulfil one of the following criteria:
Educational Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) with subjects such as Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, or Physics.
A B.Ed. degree in Natural Science.
Minimum Percentage:
Candidates must have scored at least 45%–50% marks in their degree (exact percentages depend on reservation policies).
Other Criteria:
Candidates must be Indian citizens and fulfill age criteria as specified by the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan.
