For 2026, the SI Main Exam is expected to be held in August 2026, following the usual timeline. However, the exact date has not yet been officially announced. Candidates should frequently check the Kerala PSC official website for updates and the release of the confirmed exam schedule.

The Main Examination will be more detailed and subject-focused, and the marks secured in this stage will play a major role in determining the final rank list. After the Main exam, shortlisted candidates may have to undergo additional stages such as the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and medical examination, as required by the final selection criteria.
