Most notifications for uniform posts are expected to be released in December, as it aligns with the usual recruitment cycle. As per this notification came on 2024 December last week.

    Exam Date

As per the PSC annual calendar released on January 1, the degree-level preliminary examination for posts requiring a degree qualification was scheduled to take place between May and July. Now, the official exam date has been announced—the Excise inspector Prelims will be conducted on May 24.

Only those who complete the confirmation process will be able to generate and download their admission ticket. Applications of candidates who fail to confirm within the given timeframe will be rejected without exception. The confirmation period for the May 24 prelims exam is from February 26 to March 11.
